Centrifugal Pumps
Centrifugal Pumps are used to pump neutral or aggressive liquids, pure or contaminated liquids, cold or hot, toxic and environmentally hazardous liquids like acids, fuels, water and wastewater, food industry products, lubrication oils, emulsions, thermal oils, chemical products and many other liquids with low viscosity. The pumps with integrated frequency converter or even complete pumping systems with automation and monitoring equipment.
3-screw Pumps/ 2-screw Pumps/ Gear Pumps
The two and three- spindle screw pumps and gear pumps are used to pump oils or other lubricating liquids, non-lubricating liquids or poorly lubricating liquids. The characteristics of the screw and gear pumps are following: self-priming, high efficiency, very low noise level and very suited for use with variable speed drives (FC). The liquid is moved fully continuously, virtually without pulsations, without turbulence, crushing, or loss of lubrication.
Eccentric screw pumps
Eccentric screw pumps are self-priming positive-displacement pumps. These pumps can handle and meter liquids of low and very high viscosity, neutral or aggressive, pure or abrasive liquids, gaseous liquids or liquids that tend to foam, even liquids with long fibrous and solid components.
Further advantages:
High pumping and metering accuracy, continuous extremely gentle and low-pulsation pumping, excellent self-priming capability.
The pumps are available in many material combinations and execution.
Diaphragm Pumps
Air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps have long been recognized as the work horse of industry for handling difficult liquids at relatively low pressures and flows. The range of applications is virtually limitless.
Pumps come in many sizes and different choices of materials of construction. Almost every type of liquid from highly corrosive acids through high viscosity paints and adhesives, to food and drink products can be pumped.
Dosing Pumps
Whatever your requirements are, to continuously meter and inject liquids - clear, viscous, abrasive, corrosive, volatile and more - at all flow rates and pressures. Wide range of applications: water treatment, chemicals, oil, gas, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, detergents, agriculture, food, pulp and paper, textiles, nuclear energy, paints and more. Metering pumps are used for many processes in a host of industries and meet current standards, guidelines and directives (EC, ATEX, ISO, EAS, API, etc.).
Eccentric disc pumps
Eccentric disc pumps consist of a cylinder and pumping element mounted on an eccentric shaft. As the eccentric shaft is rotated, the pumping element forms chambers within the cylinder, which increase in size at the intake port, drawing fluid into the pumping chamber. The fluid is transported to the discharge port where the pumping chamber size is decreased. This action squeezes the fluid out into the discharge piping.
